All Dungeons

This is the optimal Wii All Dungeons route.

If you don't want to do either Wolfos Jump or Epona Seam Clip, see All Dungeons (No BiTE)

This route was built off of various predecessors which you can see here if you'd like.

Runs should start with a blank file in slots 1, 2, and 3, as all files are used during the run.

It is helpful to watch a top run on the leaderboard for reference when learning, as this route document can only go into so much detail.

This route is intended for Wii NA1.0, but is also possible on Wii PAL, and Wii JP; see version differences

Because map warping is skipped, and UMD isn't possible on Wii, this route requires the difficult Wolfos Jump to access Snowpeak early. If you don't want to do Wolfos Jump, see Addenda at the end of this page. Note that the alternative to this requires Epona Seam Clip, which is not necessarily easier.

Alternative to Wolfos Jump

If you don't want to do Wolfos Jump but still want to do this route, then you must do Epona Seam Clip and Gorge Void at the start. This is what the modifications to the route are (estimated 3-4 minutes slower):
After loading the save made after BiT:

  • Call Epona
  • Epona Gate Clip to Hyrule Field
  • Call Epona
  • Epona Seam Clip
  • Epona OOB to Kakariko Gorge portal
  • Kill messengers
  • Gorge void and savewarp (required, reset if failed)
    • Ideally, savewarp before voiding, but voiding is OK
  • Call Epona, back to Faron
  • Epona Gate Clip back into Faron
  • Get Lantern and continue as normal
After killing the Kakariko messengers after re-BiTE:

  • Go to Kakariko Gorge and hit the forced warp trigger from the other side of the gorge

  • Forced warp N. Faron, now have ability to map warp for the rest of the run which saves a few seconds
  • Swap "Boomerang" and "Eldin Twilight" segments
  • Do Coro TD after Eldin Twilight and continue as normal
At various later points in the route:

  • Can map warp for every warp instead of calling Midna, which saves some time

  • Can do Eldin Twilight regularly and then do early city later when actually entering city
  • Can do Epona OOB to Lanayru + Quaforce clip instead of Fyrus skip (~10s faster)
  • Can supplement Wolfos Jump with Map Glitch (map glitch is in theory a bit slower, but in practice not really)
  • Can do Map Glitch in Bulblin Camp (saves 8s)
  • No need to raise the mirror after Arbiter's Grounds
  • Can move ToT to after PoT to have light sword for the grove messenger fight
  • Option to bomb dupe instead of getting Barnes' bag if you want to do that for some reason

Alternative to Pot Push

  • EBF is set, Lakebed file has been loaded
  • Pull Lever
  • Drop Stalactites with Bomb + Boomerang
  • Staircase Room (no Ooccoo)
    • Down stairs, around, pull south lever
    • Up stairs and pull right lever
    • Down stairs and enter hallway
  • Enter Single Cog 1F Room
  • SK Chest
  • Backtrack to Center Room + Locked Door on 2F
  • Boomerang + Bomb Stalactite
  • Cross Vines to Door
  • Head to Deku Toad on Wii
    • Hang, Drop + JS to Land On Platform To Door (Semi-Precise)
  • Early Deku Toad
    • EBF From Early Monkeys Still Active
  • 1 Cycle With Master Sword
  • Clawshot (E ClawshotBoomerang)
  • Savewarp
  • Finish Emptying Bomb Bag
  • Open Chest for 10 WB
  • Backtrack to Central Staircase Room
  • Clawshot Vine Clip
  • Routes merge at Morpheel (⮤ return to route)

Alternative to Coro TD

Doing a no-TD route entails moving Goron Mines to after Spinner. This isn't too bad with map warping since we can bomb dupe, but without it, it requires NorGor. Additionally, we must either do Helmasaur LJA + ooccoo out of Lakebed, or do ELH to enter Lakebed, and neither are ideal. Even though this saves time in a few places, this route is easily over a minute slower than the Coro TD route. Essentially:

  • No need to get nearly as may rupees at the start, since only purchase will be 300R repairing cannon
  • No need to save in Sacred Grove
  • Go directly to Lanayru after Eldin Twilight & Boomerang instead of doing Goron Mines (no Barnes bag)
  • Complete Lanayru Twilight instead of leaving the last tear
  • Steal Iza bombs with ooccoo and get Goron Bag using NorGor
  • Plumm OOB + Empty Lake Hylia to get into Lakebed
  • Still have EBF from re-BiTE
  • SPR / FT / AG like normal, just no Bow
  • To enter Goron Mines
    • Early elevator as wolf
    • Elevator escape with spinner
    • Talk to Gor Coron 5 times and say 'Yes'
    • Void out with sidehop (precise) or reload the area
    • Elevator escape with spinner again if voided, otherwise just walk to the entrance
    • Spinner past goron Guards
  • Save 13s in first room of GM with spinner bomb boost
  • Save some time with clawshot in outside room of GM after boss key
  • Complete GM like normal, warp N. faron to get into sacred grove, then the routes merge

Route Predecessors

The predecessors to this route are currently not present on the sidebar, but are still accessible:
