1. Hookshot to bridge and target while climbing (facing angle 0x4066)
2. Get ISG
3. Turn around and walk into the bridge to get on the very edge (facing angle 0xc060)
4. Backflip
5. Turn left and sidehop left
6. Backwalk to the edge
7. Turn up-right (see notes below)
8. Backwalk and press B to pull sword; this should activate the cutscene and cause Link to ledge grab
9. At any time after Sheik appears on the screen, press A to drop

The angle needed in step 7 is very lenient. It can be tapped, but ESS turning will yield a more consistent set of recognizable angles. If ESS turning, the working angle range is 0xeb-- (roughly 45deg) to 0xd6-- (facing corner of rock wall); in other words, there is a 4-frame window to stop the ESS turn and get a working angle.
