All Masks NMG

This route is for JP Wii VC, which is the optimal version for this category. All Masks requires obtaining from source all 24 masks, then beating Majora.

This category makes ample use of bomb tricks such as hovers, weirdshots, HESSes, superslides, long jumps, and megaflips, so you may want to familiarize yourself with those techniques first via the links under "Techniques" on the left sidebar. Some setups also use these fundamental movement techniques.

Equips are notated as (e.g.)

First cycle


  • Watch Clock Town cutscene
  • Enter ECT and take flower to inn upper door
  • Listen to Granny's overnight story twice (bottom text option) to advance to Day 3

Manage IGT to get to Romani Ranch in time to defeat the aliens (by about 3:30am, Night 1)

  • Roll and backwalk to Mayor's Residence in ECT
  • Go through the right door and talk to Madame Aroma for Kafei's Mask (2/24)
  • Exit to ECT and get 100r chest [99r, 101r bank]

  • Soar to Mountain Village

    • If at 2h or more, try to quickly take 1h of damage from a wolfos

  • Throw bomb at rock on left and refill on bombs from bushes [20b, 6c, 0.5h]

  • Enter Goron Shrine

    • Drop 5 deku nuts during the flight by flying over the tree trunk

Snowhead Temple

Play SoDT to advance to Night 1 at some point in Snowhead Temple to time reaching NCT by 12:20am for Blast Mask. Experienced runners will likely play SoDT immediately after entering the dungeon, and newer runners may prefer to wait until near Goht.

Getting to Great Bay Temple

  • Exit Snowhead Temple

Clock Town Cleanup

Blast Mask requires entering NCT by 12:20. If needed, go there before ECT and the fairy fountain.
