Any% (1.6.0)

This is the optimal route for versions 1.6 and lower of the game. The fastest language settings will be setting your Nintendo Switch language to French and the voice acting within the game to Italian. This run has a very good tutorial by The Zelda Enthusiast here
If using Amiibo you must have Amiibo's that give fish just like toon link, Mipha etc.

Great Plateau

Bombs

• Start a new game
• Run to the pedestal where the Sheikah Slate is located and spam A to retrieve it ASAP.
• Exit the Shrine of Resurrection by performing SoR Clip.

• 🠋 Clip back inbounds

  • Run to your left.
  • When you reach the pillar in image 1 or have half of your stamina left, use the Whistle Sprint.
  • Move your camera to face the wall for a better view.
  • Move forward using Whistle Sprint in the direction of the arrows in image 2. Stop the Whistle Sprint when your stamina is fully restored.
  • Grab onto the wall and jump up twice.
  • Then, resume your Whistle Sprint following the path shown by the arrows in image 3.
  • When your stamina is completely full again, jump up 3 times. If done correctly, Link should climb a ledge, and you should find yourself on the upper part of the mountain.
  • Whistle Sprint towards the circle shown in screen 4.
  • Once you reach the white grass (the square in image 5), crouch and move in the direction of the arrow. The camera doesn't need to face the right way, but Link must be facing that direction (you can use the tree in the distance as a reference).
  • Finally, when Link's head reaches the ceiling, keep your left stick in the same direction and hold B to stand up and clip inbounds.
  
• Head towards the boko camp near the Temple of Time. Alternate between Whistle Sprint and normal running.

• 🠋 When you reach the highlighted spot (click the dropdown below to reveal the hidden image), start Whistle Sprinting to manipulate the Bokoblins below. (2.5 Hearts)

  
• Grab the [Pot Lid] and a [Torch].
• Avoid the lake by going to the left

• 🠋 When the ground starts to slope slightly, Shield Surf to pass on the left side of the rock.

  

• 🠋 Just before the cutscene triggers, disable shield surf mode and jump forward into the cutscene
• Shield Surf towards the Temple of Time window

• 🠋 Perform the ToT Scope Clip to get inside.

  • Run on the rubble to the left of the dead Guardian.
  • Jump onto the window ledge.
  • Turn the camera ~150 degrees. Link must be facing the window, and the camera must face the opposite direction (screen 1).
  • For a precise camera angle, check the minimap. Align the edges of Link's vision cone with the grid lines (screen 2).
  • Push the left stick forward and open the scope a few frames later to clip through.
  
• Get the chest with a [Traveler's Bow] inside Temple of time, break the pot for [5 arrows]
• Perform a BLSS using the pot on the pillar.
• When you arrive above the Bomb Shrine, jump forward to land near the front of the shrine.
• Perform a Fall Damage Cancel before hitting the ground.

• 🠋 Perform an ESC to clip inside

  • Get the skew on the right side, as low as possible (screen).
  • Run towards the shrine.
  • When you reach the pedestal, jump and Shield Surf with a slight delay.
  • Perform your ESC to clip through.
  
• Mash A to go on the elevator.
• After the load, skip the cutscene.
• During the fade to black, hold Up-Left on the left stick, B, and ZL.
• Release ZL slightly before the game appears.
• Interact with the pedestal to get [Bombs].
• Once you regain control of Link, perform a quick-fix towards the left elevator pillar.
• Target the pillar and climb onto it.

• 🠋 Perform a Gamer Windbomb (1.5 Hearts).

  • Aim at the cross formed by the cracks on the stone blocks (screen 1).
  • Swing the torch once to stabilize your position.
  • Jump and drop the Round Bomb.
  • At the peak of Link jump, enter bullet time and drop the Square Bomb.
  • Turn by aiming your bow towards the area shown in (screen 2).
  • Once 1/3 of your stamina is depleted, detonate the Round Bomb.
  
• Talk to the Monk (3 Hearts).

Magnesis

• Talk to the Old Man. Down, Up, Up, Down.
• During the final textboxes, turn the camera to face the right side of the shrine.
• Immediately after the dialogue, quick-switch to the Amiibo rune: hold D-pad Up, press R then ZR, release D-pad Up, and press L (this is the fastest scanning method).
• Scan Amiibos that drop fish (typically Mipha and Toon Link — Amiibo drop table).

  • 🠋 Amiibo Fish RNG: You need 7+ Points and 3:00+ min of Attack Up duration.

    • [Mighty Carp]: 2 points / 50 seconds
    • [Mighty Porgy]: 3 points / 50 seconds
    • [Hyrule Bass]: 0 points / 30 seconds
    
    
    • Backup for Points: If you are short on points, there is a crate containing a [Razorshroom] (+2 points, +50 seconds) at Hyrule Castle.
    • Backup for Time: If you are short on time, make sure to collect Hyrule Bass, or pray for an [Acorn] or [Apple] drop at the castle (very rare).

• 🠋 Run towards the wall and jump to grab onto it (screen).

  
• Once hanging, perform a wall jump.
• Re-equip your shield just before grabbing the top of the wall
• Then start your BLSS with a Round Bomb.
• Head towards the left side of the Magnesis Shrine.

• 🠋 Clip inside the shrine.

  • Target the shrine, jump, delay slightly, and Shield Surf onto the ledge (screen 1).
  • Move to the left while keeping some distance with the shrine. You can use the flowers as a visual cue (screen 2).
  • Target the shrine, swing your weapon once, and jump forward.
  • At the peak of the jump, perform a forward Shield Surf and unequip your shield right before colliding with the shrine.
  • Keep targeting (hold ZL), move in front of the elevator (screen 3)
  • Perform a forward Shield Surf, and unequip your shield ASAP to clip through.
  
  
  • Backup for the second clip: If it fails, move to the front, aim slightly to the right, and Shield Clip again (screen 4).
  
• Mash A to go on the elevator.
• After the load, skip the cutscene.
• During the fade to black, hold Up-Left on the left stick, B, and ZL.
• Release ZL slightly before the game appears.
• Interact with the pedestal to get [Magnesis].
• Once you regain control of Link, use Magnesis on the first metal plate and lift it using gyro controls.
• Run near the edge of the water, then perform a quick-fix.

• 🠋 Perform a Gamer-Canal Windbomb (0.5+ Hearts)

  • Aim slightly to the right (screen 1).
  • Swing your weapon once to stabilize your position.
  • Jump and drop the Round Bomb.
  • Enter bullet time and drop the Square Bomb ASAP.
  • Turn to the right.
  • Once 1/4 of your stamina is depleted, detonate the Round Bomb.
  
  
  • Warning: Eat something if you get too much height !
  
• Talk to the Monk (3 Hearts).

Stasis

• After exiting the shrine, head to the left.

• 🠋 Climb the wall, perform one jump straight up, and then one jump up-left (screen).

  
• Start your BLSS with a Round Bomb and pass under the bridge near the Temple of Time.
• Continue your BLSS until you reach the tree. Watch out for the rocks on the ground !
  • Warning: Be careful not to press the left stick too hard. Since you touch the ground during this BLSS, pressing it might cause Link to crouch and cancel the slide.
• Crouch in front of the bomb, grab it, and press B to make it disappear. Then, climb to the peak of the tree.

• 🠋 Perform a Tree Windbomb

  • Aim at the hollow of the tree (screen).
  • Press X to jump, delay slightly, then drop the Round Bomb and enter bullet time.
  • Once 1/4 of your stamina is depleted, drop the Square Bomb and detonate the Round Bomb.
  
• Head towards the right side of the Stasis Shrine.

• 🠋 Clip inside the shrine

  • Face the shape on the wall (screen 1).
  • Aim slightly to the left, perform a Shield Surf, and unequip your shield.
  • Crouch and move forward towards the elevator.
  • Once close enough, press B to stand up.
  
  
• Mash A to go on the elevator.
• After the load, skip the cutscene.
• During the fade to black, hold Up-Left on the left stick, B, and ZL.
• Release ZL slightly before the game appears.
• Perform a quick-fix and interact with the pedestal to get [Stasis].
• After the cutscene, use Stasis to freeze the rotating platform so you can position yourself at the very edge.

• 🠋 Perform a Bridge Windbomb (1 Hearts)
• Talk to the Monk (3 Hearts).

Cryonis

• 🠋 After exiting the shrine, perform a Cliff Windbomb (2 Hearts)

• 🠋 Head towards the white grass (screen).

  
• Throw a Square Bomb to the right of the tree and detonate it upon contact with the rock.
• Start your BLSS with a Round Bomb.
  • Warning: During the setup, when you open the menu to unequip your shield, eat something to ensure you have at least (0.5 Hearts)!

  • 🠋 Complete the setup and slide all the way to the Cryonis Shrine..

    

• 🠋 Land on the wall (screen).

  
• Upon collision, drop the bomb by pressing R then B.
• Climb the mountain using Whistle Sprint.

• 🠋 Clip inside the shrine using an ESC.

  • Get your skew on the small snow mound while aiming at the green mark on the shrine (screen).
  • Move forward and perform your ESC to clip through.
  
• Mash A to go on the elevator.
