Any% TAS

This route skips Lanayru and Earth Temple completely, but must perform three instances of a lava hop, as well as two cutscene wrong warps with file dupes. This is currently considered a TAS-only route.

The purpose of this page is to have this route archived. It does not go into specific detail on things such as movement or trick inputs.

Runs should start with blank Hero Mode files in slots 1 and 2, and a New Adventure file in slot 3.

Skyloft

  • Talk to Fledge (5x80 for Log in Sealed Grounds)
  • Rescue Remlit (2x10 for Skyview Crystal)
  • Save at Upper Academy(UA) Statue
  • Use RBM to activate the Faron Light Pillar on File 1
    • BiT via Killing Post
    • Void-Out to UA
    • BiTSave File 1
    • Enter the Goddess Statue
    • Get the Goddess Sword, DON'T RESELECT FILES AFTER GRABBING THE SWORD
    • Strike the Pedestal and Place the Emerald Tablet
    • Perform the RBM by starting File 1 about one second after the second camera change, as the light pillar forms
  • Enter the Goddess Statue
  • Grab the Goddess Sword and Raise the Pedestal
  • Zelda Cutscene at Goddess Statue
  • Groose Cutscene at Plaza
  • Run through Waterfall Cave (take 4 hearts of damage from chus)
  • Watch Zelda Cutscene after the Cave
  • S&Q at the Waterfall Cave Statue, Copy File 1 to File 3, Start File 1
  • Perform the cutscene skip before the Loftwing rescue
  • Rescue your Loftwing
  • Save at Prompt and Skip the Wing Ceremony Cutscene
  • Use BiT to Reverse BiTWarp File 2 into the Sky
    • Jump off west cliff to die and activate BiT
    • Select File 2 and go back to the Splash Screen
    • Save while opening the Splash Screen to File Dupe File 3 over File 2
    • FROM NOW ON, DO NOT RETURN TO THE SPLASH SCREEN OR SELECT FILE 2 TWICE
    • BiTSave File 1
    • Reverse BiTWarp with File 2 into the Sky
  • Fly towards Faron Pillar, watch Pillar Fi Text (unlocks Loftwing Dismount)
  • Deathwarp with Guay
  • Perform the cutscene skip before the Loftwing rescue again, Rescue the Loftwing again
  • Do 12 flaps, dive to the Zipper near the Faron Pillar to take 4 damage, Enter Faron

Faron Woods & Skyview Temple

  • Save at the Sealed Grounds Spiral Statue
  • Use BiT to Reverse BiTWarp File 1 into Skyview Temple
    • Activate BiT with Fall Damage
    • Copy File 2 to File 3
    • Bonk tree with File 1 to open the UA Gates
    • Check the UA Statue with File 1, BiTSave File 2, but do NOT START
    • Select File 1 to Open the Gate again, jump and call the loftwing behind the Bazaar
    • Enter the Sky near the Village Windmill with File 2/3
    • Dive to the Faron Pillar with File 1, Enter the Pillar with File 1, Select File 3 during the Fadeout
    • Select File 1 to bring down the Log, enter Behind the Temple
    • Perform the Log Jump, enter Faron Woods with File 3
    • Perform the Machi Skip Jump, lure the Bokoblin near the Deep Woods Vine, then Skyward Strike it down
    • Enter Deep Woods with File 3
    • Select File 1, then select File 2 then skip the cutscene by holding 2, Re-select File 2 during the crystal cutscene
    • Wait for the Skyview Entering Cutscene to start then start File 2 and then hold 2 to skip the cutscene to Reverse BiTWarp into Skyview Temple
      • If the Staldra Room doesn't have a door, then you skipped the cutscene too quickly
  • Enter Staldra Room, Defeat Staldra
  • Get the Boss Key (skyward strike vines)
  • Defeat Ghirahim (Heart Container Useless)
  • Cancel at Prompt and Watch the Machi Cutscene
  • Skyward Strike the Goddess Cube
  • Save at the Temple Entrance Statue

Eldin Volcano

  • Use BiT to BiTSave File 2 onto Skyloft
    • Activate BiT with the Deku Baba
    • Bonk tree with File 1 to open UA Gates
    • BiTSave File 2 at the UA Statue, then start File 2
  • Enter the Goddess Statue
  • Place the Ruby Tablet, Get the Tunic
  • Save & Quit at Prompt
  • Use BiT to Reverse BiTWarp File 2 into the Bazaar
    • Load File 3 to activate BiT with Fall Damage
    • Reverse BiTWarp File 2 into the Bazaar (positionning important), by starting File 2 then running into the Bazaar loading zone
  • Run through the Bazaar and leave, fly into the Sky towards Eldin
  • Land in Eldin Volcano, watch the Eldin Intro Cutscene
  • Run through first Cave, Get blue rupee on ledge in first cave (0x20 for Sealed Temple Doors)
  • Run to Volcano East, Fly to the Sky and back to Eldin, Land at Volcano East (for room 2 entrance 6) and Save
  • Use BiT to Beat Sky Keep Early with Cutscene Wrong Warping
    • Activate BiT with Bomb Flowers + Lava
    • BiTSave File 1 at the Bazaar Statue to load the loftwing
    • Jump off plaza platform with File 2 selected and select File 3 during the fadeout to the Sky (otherwise you will crash)
    • Dive to the Faron Pillar, Enter Pillar with File 1 selected, Select File 2 during the Fadeout
    • Copy File 2 to File 1, Enter the Cutscene near the Sealed Temple Doors with File 2 and skip the cutscene
    • Enter Sealed Temple WITHOUT RESELECTING
    • Stay on Splash until gaining control, perform a Fadeout Trick on File 2 with the Meeting Impa Cutscene, Press A then hold 2 to skip the cutscene (to File Dupe File 3 over File 2)
  • Save in the Sealed Temple and manually reset, Start File 1
  • Perform the Bomb Throw to Drain the Lava early
  • Enter Mogma Turf
  • Bokoblin Fight for Digging Mitts
  • Fire Maze
  • Mogma/Impa cutscenes
  • Scale the sandy slopes
  • Just sayin' cutscene
  • Store both the Thunderhead Rock cutscene and Goddess Cube Rock cutscene using Fi and heal to 5 hearts at the stool
  • Get OoB with the Bokoblin Attack
  • Enter the Upper grotto with Lava Hops using the thunderhead boulder and goddess cube boulder
  • Exit the upper grotto (for room 2 entrance 5) and escape with a goddess cube Lava Hop
  • Perform the Extending Blow down the Volcano
  • Save at the Volcano Ascent Statue
  • Use BiT to Skip the Gate of Time with Cutscene Wrong Warping
    • Activate BiT with Lava
    • Copy File 2 to File 3, then Corrupt File 2 at the Bazaar Statue to load the loftwing
    • Jump off plaza platform with File 1 selected and select File 3 during the fadeout to the Sky (otherwise you will crash)
    • Dive to the Faron Pillar, Enter Pillar with File 2 selected, Select File 1 during the Fadeout
    • Enter the Cutscene near the Sealed Temple Doors with File 1 and skip the cutscene
    • Enter Sealed Temple WITHOUT RESELECTING
    • Stay on Splash until gaining control, perform a Fadeout Trick on File 1 with the Meeting Impa Cutscene, Press A then hold 2 to skip the cutscene (to File Dupe File 3 over File 1)
