This is the optimal route of Any%. This is by far the hardest category to learn and is not recommended for beginners

Entering D1

• Talk to Tarin to get the Shield
• Get the Sword from the beach
• Go through the Mysterious Woods to grab the Toadstool
• Make your way to the witch to give her the Toadstool for Magic Powder
• Use the powder on Raccoon Tarin and open the chest containing the Tail Key
• Make your way down to put in the key and enter the dungeon

Tail Cave

• Grab the key in the chest surrounded by a Spark
• Make your way to obtain the Roc's Feather
• Reload the auto save to get back to the beginning of the dungeon
• Grab the key from knocking the beetles into the void
• Grab the key in the chest that spawns from stepping on the button
• Nightmare Key chest
• Rolling Bones
• Moldorm

Bottle Grotto

• Make your way back to Mabe Village
• BowWow Skip to enter the dungeon
• Kill the 2 stalfos to spawn the key, but do not grab it yet
• Open the chest surrounded by color blocks to collect a key
• Make your way to the Hinox
• Hinox Warp to collect the instrument
• Reenter the dungeon
• Collect the key that you left earlier
• Make your way back to the Hinox
• Defeat the Hinox and make your way to collect the Power Bracelet
• Reload the auto save
• Open the chest for 50 rupees and leave the dungeon

Key Cavern

• Make your way back to Mabe Village and enter the shop
• Buy 10 bombs, steal the Shovel and Bow
• Exit Mabe Village to the right and collect the warp point
• Perform Villa Skip to collect the Slime Key
• Put the key in and enter the dungeon
• Kill all the enemies in the next room to collect a key
• Make your way to the basement and use your key on the room to the right
• Make your way to the central area of the dungeon
• Throw a bomb at the cracked wall and enter the mini boss
• Perform Dodongos Skip and obtain the Pegasus Boots
• Collect the Nightmare Key
• Perform the skip again to make your way to the boss
• Slime Eye

Angler's Tunnel 1st Half

• Enter the Dream Shrine and collect both the 100 rupees and Ocarina
• Leave and make your way to Tracy's house to buy medicine
• Leave and continue on towards the Angler Keyhole
• Angler Key Skip
• Perform a Bombloon to collect the Nightmare Key
• Go past the ordered tiles puzzle and collect a key
• Make your way to the mini boss
• Cueball
• Obtain the Flippers
• Reload the auto save and leave the dungeon

Face Shrine

• Exit through the cave
• Early D6
• Open the chest for 100 rupees
• D6 Skip and open the chest containing the Powerful Bracelet
• Exit the room and throw the statue at the door to enter the room
• Open the chest for 100 rupees
• Reload the auto save
• Perform D6 Skip again and collect the instrument

Catfish's Maw

• Make your way down to enter D5
• Collect the key in the room just before the 4th Master Stalfos fight
• Reload the auto save
• Fight Master Stalfos the first 3 times
• Reload the auto save
• Make your way to Master Stalfos 4
• Slime Eel Skip

Turtle Rock

• Swim and run down to the warp below the villa
• Warp back to Mabe Village and enter the Sign Maze
• Learn the Frog's Song of Soul
• Revive the Flying Rooster
• Talk to Marin to learn the Ballad of the Wind Fish
• Head north through the Mysterious Woods
• Flame Cave Skip
• Turtle Rock Fight
• Powder the Vire
• Defeat the 3 ropes
• Hinox Warp to collect the instrument

Eagle's Tower

• Perform a Rooster Ledge Clip to run around the egg
• Clip back into the east side of Tal Tal Mountain Range
• Collect the Bird Key
• Perform airclimbs to make your way to D7
• Put in the key and enter the dungeon
• Collect the key from killing the Like Likes
• Perform a skew to bomb arrow the crystal switch
• Make your way to the Hinox
• Hinox Warp and collect the instrument

Angler's Tunnel 2nd Half

• Avoid falling down the hole and instead perform a coyote airclimb to jump directly into the water (you can land on the ledge and run along it to go even faster)
• Swim to and enter the dungeon
• Take the warp and make your way to the boss
• Angler Fish

Egg

• Leave the dungeon through the cave again
• Run up to the egg, being careful not to go too far south as that will spawn the ghost
• Play the Ballad of the Wind Fish to open the egg and enter it
• Go through the maze to the final boss
• Nightmare
