You can place Big Poe to the B button then sell it to the Poe Shop without actually catching any. The limit is 1100 points. This works to get the 4th Bottle easily.

An alternative way to get 4th Bottle early would be to place a Red Potion on c-right, then empty or catch something in your B bottle.
