Medallions, Stones, Trials

A Medallions/Stones/Trials run (MST, also known as No-Major Skips or NMS) requires the runner to collect all Medallions, Spiritual Stones, and beat all of the Trials. Medallions and Spiritual Stones must be legitimately collected (blue warps). Timing starts when you gain control of Link and ends when you deliver the final blow to Ganon.

  Forest Temple and Deku Tree

Notes

This route requires a difficult superslide to hyrule castle after requiem of spirit to make it before night, and if failed you will have to wait all night. If you can't do this trick well, you should get requiem before beating jabu because beating jabu resets the time of day to 12:00, plenty of time to get to market in time.

If you can't do the spirit temple mirror shield from outside with magic bean trick very well, you should skip magic bean and requiem of spirit altogether, and go to spirit as adult after beating water temple. This will require the gerudo fortress gate skip trick however.

Beating Volvagia in 3 cycles is not always consistent, and if you enter the battle with anything less than 10 hearts there's a decent chance you will die before beating him or entering the blue warp. You can get goron tunic while going through goron city if you don't feel comfortable with the risk of 10 hearts. If you get bottle, a fairy is also a good option. With either of these alternatives, you can skip a few extra heart containers as well.
