This category aims for fastest completion in a single sitting without the use of Reverse bottle adventure, so shadow and spirit temple are required. There are no other restrictions.

Beginning to bombchus

• Intro, Sword, Shield
• Crouch stab forest escape
• To kakariko, WESS to skip Owl
• Cucco or Navi dive to Bottom of the Well
• Get a key
• Actor glitch

• Invisible 99 rupee chest in the back

Going to Spirit

• Exit Kakariko
• Go to Zoar's River (if you can, megaflip into the water to HESS to ZR entrance)
• Buy 1 magic bean

• Mefaglip HESS to Gerudo Valley
• Cucco jump and enter Fortress
• Sidehop Gate skip
• Go through wasteland to Desert Colossus
• Plant magic bean
• Enter and exit to learn Requiem of Spirit
• Savewarp

Finishing up Child

• Forest Escape again
• Peahat or Bombchu superslide to castle before night
• To main castle area
• Knock the gold skulltula from the tree and take damage until you have 1 heart
• Talon/egg skip with bombchu boost
• Talk to Zelda
• Lullaby Cutscene skip with Death
• Buy Hylian Shield from Bazaar
• To Temple of Time
• DoT skip

Setting up for Adult

• To Kakariko
• To death Mountain
• Enter Dodongo's Cavern
• Climb to first switch
• Bombchu to lower stairs
• Hit switch in armos room and cross bridge
• Angled jump to a pillar to the left, then from there jump to bomb chest
• Exit DC
• Climb DM to magic
• Go down DM half way and enter goron city (you may want to megaflip down)
• Blow up rocks to Lost Woods warp and enter
• Backflip or Megaflip over mido
• Enter Sacred Forest Meadow
• Ground jump to skip Navi text and get to the top of the maze
• Minuet cutscene skip with death, save and don't continue playing

Shadow Temple

• Restart at Temple of Time
• Exit Market and go to Kakariko
• Enter Graveyard
• Get hookshot
• Shadow early
• Hover Boots
• Spinning statue to open gate
• Collect Silver Rupees for Key
• Jump down to cage room and do gate clip to the boat
• Jump to boat wheel or hookshot ladder
• Play Lullaby to start ship
• Enter maze room
• Enter skiped walls room and get boss key without dins
• Return to room with large gap
• Superslide + hover boots across the gap
• Navigate last room before Bongo Bongo
• Beat Bongo Bongo, shadow medallion

Forest Temple to bow

• Play Minuet
• Enter Forest Temple
• Hookshot vines to the right and grab the key
• To the main room
• To the back room and fight stalfos for a key
• Back to main room, clip OoB for song of time block skip
• Megajump to upper walkway and enter block room to the left
• Ground jump up the 2 blocks and hover boots to the top ledge
• Continue to bow stalfos fight
• Kill stalfos for bow
• Play Requiem of spirit

Spirit Temple

• Ride the bean plant to top of the rock formation
• Superslide to the statue and land on the seam
• Slowly walk the seam and hookshot to silver gauntlets chest
• Superslide to Mirror Shield hand and get Mirror Shield
• Enter from the right hand and kill the Iron Knuckle
• Shine light on the sun 2 rooms down and get key
• Go to the large moving wall room and climb up
• Play Lullaby and get boss key
• Go to mirror room, shine light on big mirror to lower platform
• Enter boss room, fight Nabooru Knuckle
• Beat twinrova, Spirit Medallion
• Savewarp

Light Arrows and Ganon

• Light Arrow Cutscene
• Enter Ganon's Castle
• Trials skip with either Armos method or hover method
• Kill enemies and go up the tower
• Ganondorf
• Tower escape
• Superslide to Ganon to keep Master Sword
• Bean Ganon, done

Alternatives

If you're not good at the superslide trick to get mirror shield from outside in spirit temple, you should go straight to Hyrule Castle after getting bombchus (you should be able to make it before night if you did the WESS) and forget about the bean and requiem of spirit. As adult, after shadow temple you should head out to hyrule field and superslide/WESS to gerudo valley, head to the fortress and go to spirit from there, then simply do the silver block skip in spirit and continue the dungeon as normal after that. After spirit, play minuet to grab the bow then savewarp to get light arrows. You will be required to do the adult gerudo fortress gate skip however, which can be somewhat difficult.
