New leaderboard category: Majora's Mask Glitchless

There's been a lot of interest in Glitchless MM lately, and ZSR has decided to accept it as a leaderboard category. It's important to note that unlike Glitchless OoT, this is not the same set of rules commonly used for the Japanese version (often referred to as "bug limit" or バグ制限), but a new set of rules that has been agreed upon by many current players. While this category has usually been played on the English version of the game in order to clearly distinguish the two categories, we are accepting runs from any region, but they must follow the rules set in place for this new category.
